This website was created to provide the referees of the KWBOA with a resource to develop their understanding of Rules, Mechanics, and other aspects of Basketball Officiating.

The member sections grant you access to New Referee FIBA Rules lessons, Videos on signals, mechanics, as well as plays. There are also interactive rules quizzes available for you to test your rules knowledge.
